Life with kids is already hectic. That’s why it’s important to have some laundry hacks by your side to get just about anything, and I mean anything, out of your clothes.
Grass stains, blood stain, poop, vomit, wine (ok that’s my stain), and more you need to be some kind of magical laundry wizard to keep your clothes looking awesome. They might even make you breakfast in bed because they think you spent all day in the laundry room slaving over the washer and dryer. (Shhh your secret is safe with me)
No matter what you are trying to clean all laundry hacks begin with an awesome detergent. Hands down! If you don’t have an awesome detergent, your hacks will help but you will still probably be left with proof that a child lives in those clothes.
The teens are still dirty as ever, and now they actually CARE what their clothes look like. “God, mom I can’t wear that?! There’s a stain on it!!” (Thanks, captain obvious) Now that I not only have to get stains out because I don’t want to replace clothes all the time, I have to get stains out to keep the teenage angst at bay.
Now that you have a good idea on an awesome stain fighting laundry detergent, onto the 12 Laundry Hacks to Save Your Day! Why will they save your day?
Because the kids will no longer whine about their clothes, you will no longer need to drink because kids can actually live in their clothes, and you won’t be spending all day doing the laundry! That leaves time for all the really important things in life, like wine!
12 Laundry Hacks To Save Your Day (And Your Laundry)

Wrinkles? Not anymore: How many times have you forgotten to take your clothes out of the dryer and they are a wrinkled mess? Here are a few ideas on how to get those wrinkles out without having to bust out an iron:
- Put a wet towel in with the clothes, and dry again for 20 minutes (Thanks, Thrifty Jinxy)
- Take a spray bottle filled with water and spray the items that need to be wrinkle free, put back in for 5-10 minutes
- No time for the dryer? Use a hair dryer! Pull your shirt taught and put the hair dryer over it (at least 6 inches away) and watch the wrinkles disappear

Save the Bras: Tired of having to air dry your bras? Here’s a easy laundry hack to let you wash and dry them and keep their cup shape. Wash them putting them in a lingerie bag (this is my favorite lingerie bag that we use), put them in the dryer until the are just barely damp. Take them out and place them over melons, bowling balls, small bowls (ie. anything round) and let them finish drying!
Make Your Own Pretreat Solution: Don’t spend big bucks on a pretreat spray! Grab a spray bottle and fill it with 1 Tbsp all Radiant detergent, 4 drops of Tea Tree Essential Oil, and fill the rest of the way with vinegar (mix gently). Apply it on the stain, let it sit for five minutes, and then throw the clothes in the wash!

I’ve never tried All Radiant but I really need to! With 3 kids, I’m tired of their clothes looking so dingy and the stains not coming out! I’m heading to Target later so I will check it out with the Cartwheel deal, thanks!

Thanks for all the great laundry hacks. I’m super terrible about staining my clothes when cooking and need all the help I can get. I’ll definitely have to try the all Radiant, too. Since I have to wash my clothes with stains so much, they often start looking dingy rather quickly and go into the wear only at home pile.
