Our family could live off of chicken, which is a good thing because chicken can be really inexpensive. The downside is preparing the same thing over and over again can get REALLY old. That’s why we try to find different ways to spice up our chicken. This Italian Herb baked chicken is one of my family’s absolute favorites. Pair it with some fresh sesame sauteed green beans and dinner is done!
We never have leftovers of this meal so this must be a pretty good baked chicken recipe. (Trust me my family isn’t shy to tell me when my cooking stinks!) From start to finish this whole meal only takes about 30 minutes, and it only costs a little over $1/person for the entire meal. That’s including a loaf of fresh french bread.
Bookmark or pin this recipe, so next time you need a meal in a hurry you can pull it up and save the day. Trust me your family won’t be able to taste that it’s a super simple meal! We will keep that our little secret!
