At least 2-3 times a week, I try to take a long bath using my homemade bath salts. DIY bath salts are a great way to relax after a long day. The Epsom salts make them great for sore muscles, and Young Living essential oils Valor, Frankincense, and Peace & Calming make you feel amazing overall. I’ve been using essential oils for years, and Young Living oils are now the only ones that I use. (Make sure to check out my post about premium essential oils and why they are important here)
