  1. Both Quesos are Prepared the Exact Same, but in separate pans
  2. Melt the butter and add flour whisking continuously
  3. Add the milk and cook until warm whisking continuously
  4. Once the milk is warm, add the respective cheeses and whisk continuously until melted.
  5. Add the jalapenos and onions. If you want it spicier, add more jalapenos.
  6. If your queso is clumpy, you can add more milk 1 T at a time until even blended.
  7. Recipe makes two restaurant servings of queso for each blend.
