Martini recipes are so much fun to play around with. I’m not a straight martini girl myself, but I love whipping up dessert martini recipes like this chocolate cream pie martini. This was a brain child of mine when I was thinking what yumminess I could come up with to have a drink, but not drown in the flavor of alcohol. Yes, I am a ‘girlie drink” kinda girl, but when I put my bartending skills to the test I can whip up some stuff that is GOOD.
Chocolate cream pie is one of those desserts that is smooth and cream and filled with chocolatey goodness. Godiva liquor is the star of this martini giving a rich creamy chocolate flavor. This stuff is so good I could drink it fro the bottle. (but I didn’t because where is the class in that?)
Splash a little cream, rim the the glass with chocolate shavings, shake shake shake. Pour it in the glass, and you are ready to go. This is one of my favorite martini recipes to make when I invite friends over. You can change up the recipes and make them a little stronger for the hard core crowd, or keep it nice and smooth for the folks that like a drink that sneaks up on them as they get lost in it’s velvety sweetness.

Do you mean cream of coconut or a coffee creamer that is coconut flavored? Please excuse my ignorance. Thank you.

Malena, Thanks so much for asking. I used coconut milk creamer! It’s coffee creamer, made with coconut milk and can be found in most natural foods sections of grocery stores.
