White Chocolate Cranberry Cookie

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a large mixer cream sugar, butter, eggs, and brown sugar
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking soda
  4. Adding a little at a time, pour dry mixture into butter mixture.
  5. Fold in cranberries and chocolate chips.
  6. Place 1 T of dough on an ungreased cookie sheet about 2-3 inches apart
  7. Bake for approximately 7-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
