This is a sponsored post on behalf of Pirate’s Booty, but all yumminess and landlubber talk are my own.
Argh mateys! It’s almost time for National Talk Like a Pirate Day, and this year we are celebrating with Pirate’s Booty with theses delicious easy caramel Pirate’s Booty clusters! They are like your favorite white cheddar snacks from Pirate’s Booty but better!
To get in the spirit of National Talk Like a Pirate Day, we had a chance to interview a real like pirate Billy Bones from the Pirate School. There’s no way to get rid of your inner landlubber than to talk to a scallywag that lives on the high faluting sea!
I asked Billy Bones what is the best way to speak thee jargon of the pirating days for National Talk Like a Pirate Day. Here’s what he said,
To speak like a pirate, you start with an exclamation, and end with an insult! Like ‘Blimey! You’re tramping over my territory of the park, you scallywag!’
We even chatted about if you wanted to do more than just eat a pirate’s favorite snack (hello, Pirate’s Booty) here’s what you can learn if you go to Pirate School with Billy Bones. Though his favorite activities at Pirate School is sleeping and eating Pirate’s Booty, he also loves teaching young bucaneers pirate etiquette, getting them physically on their feet, and of course sword fighting!
What do we love about being a pirate? That we get to eat Pirate’s Booty of course! It’s gluten free, and if you eat it plain has a great aged white cheddar taste to it! It’s pretty cool though, that you can make easy recipes using Pirate’s Booty. It’s one of the snacks the little scallywags (aka the kids) that live in my house fight over even before we get home. Luckily they know the pirate code, and that you don’t make your family walk the plank. There is enough Pirate’s Booty to go around for every one.
