Easy Roasted Chicken with Rosemary Recipe

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. While oven is heating, gentle separate skin from the chicken meat with your hand.
  3. Between the skin and the meat, place the rosemary and thyme stalks. Stuff extra in the chicken carcass for extra flavor.
  4. With a basting brush, coat the skin with olive oil.
  5. Coat with pepper and garlic powder to taste.
  6. Cook at 350 degrees for approximately (1 1/2-2 hours) or until chicken is at 175-180 degrees.
  7. Remove from oven and allow chicken to rest for about 5 minutes.
  8. Carve and serve hot!
