One of my favorite parts of fall is all the apples! We do to apple orchards and pumpkin patches and pick up all different varieties of apples to try. My absolute favorite is the Honey Crisp Apple, they are the the perfect balance of sweet and tart for me.
My neighbor and friend had an apple tree that is just loaded this year. We’re not completely sure what type of apple is on the tree, they are all green and pretty tart apples. I nabbed a couple bags full to make some homemade applesauce and even had enough left over for this amazing Caramel Apple Crisp recipe. Hands down, best apple crisp that I have ever had! I’m going to share this delicious recipe with you today!

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease 4 small ramekins or an 8×8 baking dish
- In a small pan, heat up your caramels and milk, I stirred mine constantly to prevent burning
- Place apples in the ramekins or baking dish and pour caramel mixture over them
- Mix together the flour, sugar, oats and seasoning in a separate bowl. Cut the butter into the flour mixture until the mixture is crumbly.
- Sprinkle the flour mixture over the apples
- Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until they are golden grown on top. Add some vanilla ice cream and enjoy!!
