Ingredients
- 6 Cups of Peeled and Cut up Apples of your choice
- 1 bag of Caramels (I think that a Caramel sauce would work the same)
- 2 TBSP Milk
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1/2 Cup Cooking Oats
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Apple Pie Seasoning (you could just use cinnamon if you don’t have this)
- 1/4 Cup Cold Butter Cubed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease 4 small ramekins or an 8×8 baking dish
- In a small pan, heat up your caramels and milk, I stirred mine constantly to prevent burning
- Place apples in the ramekins or baking dish and pour caramel mixture over them
- Mix together the flour, sugar, oats and seasoning in a separate bowl. Cut the butter into the flour mixture until the mixture is crumbly.
- Sprinkle the flour mixture over the apples
- Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until they are golden grown on top. Add some vanilla ice cream and enjoy!!
