  1. In a large mixing bowl, whip the cream with the sugar until blended and slightly larger in size
  2. In a large metal bowl, mix the chocolate, vanilla, water, and if you want orange essential oil.
  3. On medium heat. Place metal bowl in a large pot of boiling water and allow the chocolate to melt, stirring constantly
  4. Once the chocolate is melted, allow to cool to room temperature (but not to resolidify)
  5. When it’s cooled, fold it into the cream mixture.
  6. Place in fun glasses. I love serving it in martini glasses.
  7. You should have enough for four servings.
