Fruits Salad
Summer time is the perfect time to spend time with your friends and family. Plus, it’s a great time to enjoy the amazing weather and sunshine. With all the sunny days, nothing says summer like this amazingly refreshing summer fruit salad made with in-season ingredients. As an added decoration carve out the watermelon to have an instant serving bowl.
Ingredients:
One whole watermelon (halved and hulled)
1 pound of green grapes
3 pints blackberries
4 bananas (sliced)
2 pints strawberries (sliced)
1/2 pound nectarines (sliced and peeled)
3 pints blueberries
Directions:
Clear off a large amount of counter space, and cut watermelon in half.
Use a melon baller to remove all of the watermelon, and place balls in a large bowl.
Prepare the rest of the fruit, and then place back into the watermelon hull.
Serve with a spoon
