Kahlua Marshmallow Fudge

This adult fudge recipe is great for the holidays or when you need a sweet treat



  1. Line a 8 by 8 inch pan with aluminum foil, and then grease with butter.
  2. In a double boiler (or do like I do and put a metal bowl in a pan filled with water), vanilla, and chocolate chips on medium to low. Stir constantly to avoid burning.
  3. Once the chocolate is melted mix in the sweetened condensed milk and Kahlua. Mix until all combined.
  4. Once it’s all melted and creamy amazingness, remove from heat and fold in marshmallows.
  5. Pour into pan and chill for two hours or until solid.
  6. Once solid cut into 1 in squares (or just take a fork to the whole pan because you are gonna want to eat the whole pan)
