Crazy Easy Gluten Free Breakfast Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. While the oven is heating, dice your pepper, and sautee it in a pan with olive oil. Set aside.
  3. Cook sausage until it’s no longer pink and crumbles.
  4. In a buttered 13X9 pan, place a layer of half of the cubed bread. Cover with half of the sausage, peppers, and cheese. Repeat with a second layer leaving a little bit of cheese to top casserole with.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, cream, pepper, salt, garlic powder, and dry mustard. Beat.
  6. Gently pour egg mixture over the bread mixture in the baking pan. Top with remaining cheese.
  7. Place in the oven and bake for about 50-55 minutes until eggs are set. Remove and serve warm, or you can freeze and serve another day!
