  1. In a large bowl, combine the honey, peanut butter, 1/2 cup chocolate chips and cereal. Mix until evenly coated.
  2. In a 13X9 baking dish, press the cereal mixture into the pan using wax paper. Make sure to press pretty firmly, but not so firmly you crush the cereal, to make sure they stick together.
  3. In a double boiler, or a pot filled with water with a metal bowl sitting on top melt the chocolate.
  4. Once the chocolate is melted, drizzle it across the top of the cereal bars.
  5. Place in the fridge for about 45 minutes to an hour to let the bars set.
