Hubby and I are total tech geeks. We are lucky enough to live near the Mall of America and an awesome Verizon Destination store. These stores are so much more than just another cell phone store; they are a complete tech experience. There are great smart stores and destination stores all across the country, so whether there is one near you, or near family you are visiting, you can grab those last minute Christmas gifts that will make the whole family happy! Trust me on that one!

Every time we go to the Mall of America, we stop in the Verizon store because it’s so much more than a store. It’s an experience. They are always coming out with bigger and better technology that adds value to your life. They don’t just sell tech for tech sake, they have tons of technology products that really make your life easier whether it’s getting fit, jamming to your favorite music, keeping your home safe, or just having a little fun.

When Verizon reached out to me to show me some of their favorite Christmas gift ideas, I was super excited. I’ve been in their store so many times, but this time I would get an awesome tour to find out all the cool things the store offers. There is SO much in the store that it’s easy to miss some really awesome things.

Each of the destination stores is broken up into different lifestyle zones:  Get Fit, Amplify It, Home and On the Go, Have Fun, Anywhere Business and Customize It. They all have great technology that you wonder how you have been living without it for so long!

• Get Fit: From Fitbit to Garmin to WiFi scales, this section has anything and everything you need to get your fitness on.
• Amplify It: This section is all about that bass; tons of amazing speakers and accessories to help you enjoy those jams you love.
• Home and On The Go: Lights that change colors with your smart phone, smart thermostats that save you hundreds, remote entry door locks; this section has it all to keep your home safe and comfortable.

I totally fell in love with this speaker, and may or may not have subtly hinted to the husband about getting it for me for the holidays. Plus, they come in a lot of cool colors!

Beats Solo2Wireless On-Ear Headphones: Beats are the hottest item for the music lover this year. Their sound is like no other, and these wireless headphones are no exception. If you have a music lover, or a budding DJ, they are sure to love you forever if these bad boys end up in their stocking.

Fitbit Charge Wireless Activity Wristband: Fitbit is a great way to help someone who wants to stay active. It monitors the steps you take and even your sleep patterns to make sure you are staying rested. You can also buy extra bands to customize your color!

They are free classes to help them learn how to use their new devices and accessories! They even have a fun class called Capture It to help them learn how to take amazing photos! Even though I’d been in the store several times, I didn’t know they offered these cool classes. It’s a great way to get more comfortable with the phones and accessories you gift, or are gifted this year!
