I’m writing this post on behalf of Liv360, but all opinions are my own.
Last year when my daughter Bayla was sick, I spent hours and hours (ok closer to days) searching the Internet trying to find answers for her. It was really frustrating because until we went to National Jewish Hospital we couldn’t find answers how to treat her severe eczema. That’s why when I learned about Liv360, I snapped up the chance to become a Liv360 ambassador. Think Pinterest for your health. It’s a great online community where you can build boards to collect all your health information in one place!
I’ve met so many amazing people on Liv360, and I can search for articles on severe eczema and food allergies. I’m even able to add great articles I find and create my own health boards so I can know where all my resources are when I need to help with a family member’s health issues.
The cool thing is, the community isn’t just about chronic health issues. It’s about making your life the best it can be. There are tons of great boards about working out, organic living, healthy eating, and more. Plus, there are even great health experts on there that you can look at their boards for great tips and products to make your life even better.
I wish I had known about Liv360 when I was pouring over the Internet the last four years. It would’ve saved me so much time looking for resources on food allergies and severe eczema. Those are hours I could’ve been using to take care of my daughter. Now that I have recently started gluten free living, and been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, I am really looking forward to using Liv360 to meet up with other people with the same issues. They are both things I am not an expert in, and I’ve already found so many great gluten free resources on the website. I say Liv360 is like Pinterest, but in my opinion it’s better because it also builds a sense of community.
You should totally give Liv360 a whirl. You can sign up for your free Liv360 account here, and then make sure to follow me here to check out my boards

This sounds like a great site. I have to check this out. It might save me hours of searching the internet when someone at home isn’t well!

As someone who has been sick for the last 11+ years, I’ve done my fair share of research on top of more research. When you’re chronically ill, you always seem to be looking up one thing or another whether it’s regarding your condition, treatments, or just how to maintain a healthier lifestyle. I had NO idea there was a community that dealt strictly with health and well being-I’m definitely there! Thank you so much for sharing 🙂
