Summertime is almost here, and what better way to welcome it properly than with some fantastic popsicle recipes! When I was a kid one of my absolute favorite popsicles was the orange dreamsicle. You know the one with the orange outside and the vanilla ice cream flavored on the inside. It was total heaven. (You know you totally stalked the ice cream truck like I did to get your hands on that popsicle)
Now that I am all “grown up”, I wanted to find a way to bring back a little flavor from my childhood. These orange creamsicle popsicles are 10 times better than those wannabes we ate as children. The best part is this recipe is vegan and allergy friendly. Before you turn up your noses at the word vegan, trust me they are AMAZING. I made this batch of six and served them to my family (without telling them what they were made of) and the whole batch was GONE in one day! Yep, they are that good.
Don’t believe me? Give them a whirl yourself!
