Peach Simple Syrup Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 Cups Water
- 3 Cups Sugar (yep you read that right, don’t judge)
- 4 Peaches Peeled and Sliced
Directions:
- In a medium pot, place all the ingredients and stir.
- Heat on a medium to low heat for 30 minutes with lid on top. Check back every so often to make sure it’s not boiling
- Remove from heat.
- Place the simple syrup mixture in a blender, and puree for a few seconds until all the peach chunks are liquid
- Putting a cheesecloth in a funnel, funnel peach simple syrup into a glass bottle.
- Cap bottle and allow to cool completely before putting in refrigerator!
