Roasted Asparagus Recipe: Perfect Spring Recipe!

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Rinse and pop the ends off of the asparagus (they should naturally pop the hard ends of with a small amount of pressure)
  3. Lay on ungreased cookie sheet
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and pinches of sea salt
  5. Top with freshly grated parmesan (if desired)
  6. Place in oven for about 7-10 minutes or until asparagus is a bright green cover.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
