  3. In a separate bowl mash the bananas, and then add olive oil, milk, applesauce, vanilla. Combine
  4. Mixing a little in at a time mix the wet and dry ingredients. Only mix until combined.
  5. Fill muffin pan making sure to fill all the way up.
  6. Bake at 425 for five minutes and then reduce heat to 375 for 20-22 minutes
  7. Remove and allow to cool
