Strawberry Delight Recipe
It’s summer time, and I am always looking for a way to give a twist to an old family favorite. During summer time, my mom always used to make these great desserts called strawberry delight pretzel bake. They were made with a layer of pretzels, cream cheese, and strawberry yumminess.
Recently, I was able to try some of the great products made from Old London. They have an amazing line of crackers and snacks. My mom used to eat their melba toast religiously when I was a kid. When I got a hold of the sea salt melba snacks, and I just knew that they would make an amazing substitute in this recipe!
I was trying to make this recipe a little bit more nutritious. Why not give it a whirl with one of my favorite products from Old London. The sea salt melba snacks have a light salty flavor that blends extremely well with a little sugar and cream cheese. They are made with whole wheat, so they are full of fiber and flavor. Plus they made a great extra twist to this fan favorite.
