Resolutions fail because you don’t have the support or passion for what you are trying to change. This year, we’ll all do this together so you don’t have to worry about failure! WTH is a stress less challenge? It’s going to be an easy going challenge where we give you tips on how to combat stress. These are tried and true ways that I’ve learned how to cope with stress over the years. I’m not perfect so sometimes I forget to use these tools and find myself in a downward spiral of stress burnout. Do I tell you that so you think you are going to fail? No, I tell you that because it’s the truth. Stress is a bitch. It’s all around us. We are a constant world of GO, GO, GO. Our brains receive millions of pieces of information to process a day, and it’s no wonder we are burnt out all the time.
These less stress tips will help you prevent stress burnout, and the stress less challenge will also teach how to recognize the signs of stress before it gets all sorts of crazy up in here. Recognizing the signs of stress, and learning how to cope with stress, are two main components that we will be teaching you over the next few months.

Who can join?
Anyone can join the Stress Less Challenge. If you’ve ever dealt with any kind of stress in your life, and you are ready to take charge of how the outside world affects your health and happiness then this is the challenge for you.
When can you join?
You can join at any time! That’s the great thing about these online challenges. We will have support groups for each challenge once a quarter, but you are free to do it at your own pace and join it at any time! The first round of the challenge will begin January 4th, 2017!
What to Expect?
To get you started, you will get a free “Meditation For Stress Management E-Book!” This is a kick ass book that helps you understand the basics of meditation (like how it’s totally not just for zen freaks and people with no kids), and how you can actually manage stress in your daily life. Real life tips that I’ve used for the last ten years.
In addition, every week for eight week you will receive an email newsletter talking to you about stress and how meditation can help you cope with stress. (Shhhhh….that’s just one of the super secrets how to avoid stress burnout) You’ll be getting exclusive Quirky Inspired content direct to your email months before it appears on the blog.
