Sweet and Spicy Cowboy Stuffed Burger Recipes

Ingredients
- 2 pounds of Honeysuckle Ground Turket
- 1-2 T Worcestshire Sauce
- 1/2 T Garlic Powder
- 1 t Seasoning Salt
- 1 Egg
- Cheddar Cheese
- Fried Onions
- 1 Pound Bacon
- BBQ Sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the turkey meat, worcesthire sauce, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and egg. Mix with your hands.
- Using the Weston Hamburger Press form into almost 1/4 inch thick patties.
- Cut Cheese into 2-3 inch squares with about 1/4-1/2 inch thickness.
- Put one patty down, place a square of cheese in the middle and top with second burger. Pinch the sides closed
- While grill is heating up to 500, cook the bacon.
- Baste each of the burgers with BBQ sauce after you put them on the grill.
- Place the burgers on a hot grill for 3-5 minutes each side. Flipping once.
- Once done, top each burger with bacon, lettuce (optional), BBQ sauce, fried onions, and bun!
