Chocolate Valentine’s Day desserts will always have a special place in my heart because, hello, they’re chocolate.
That’s the real reason why I celebrate Valentine’s Day is that the day after is National Discounted Chocolate day! Come to mama my sweet treats!
I remember back in high school it was a different story for me. Valentine’s Day was THE day. It was the next best thing to prom. If you really had the heart of a guy (or gal) you needed to be ready to get swept off your feet, and showered in roses and chocolates.
Chocolate Valentine’s Day Desserts To Drool Over!
Isn’t it funny how things are so romantic and fairy tale like when you are a kid? After some really loser guys, and growing up a bit, I realized that I would rather have a guy treat me right all the days of the year than have him be nice to me once a year.
That’s why I am totally ok with us not celebrating Valentine’s Day. Hubby doesn’t have a romantic bone in his body, and I love him regardless because he is good to me. (Plus, he supports my little bit of a chocolate habit that I have)
That’s why we skip the flowers and the cards, and dive right into the chocolate. This list of Valentine’s Day desserts is so amazing you are going to need a bib just to look them over. I’ve put together a collection of anything and everything chocolate. (Can you see a theme here?) There’s creme brulee, mousse, brownies, cheesecake, and more. Take your time. Savour each picture! Just don’t lick the screen. (I can’t be held liable for computer damage from drooling)
