Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. In a medium bowl, mix butter, sugars, vanilla, and eggs.
3. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
4. Gradually mix wet and dry ingredient’s together using a hand mixer or spoon.
5. As you are mixing gradually add in Bailey’s.
6. Fold in Butterscotch Chips
7. Using a cookie scoop, place dough 1-2 inches apart on a nonstick cookie sheet
8. Bake for 10-13 minutes or until edges are slightly browned.
9. Cool and serve
