Cinnamon Crumble Maple Cheesecake

This cheesecake is perfect for those comfy fall flavors you crave!



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Take graham crackers and put in blender/food processor until crumbs place in medium bowl.
  3. Combine melted butter, cinnamon and brown sugar in bowl and mix until all crumbs are no longer dry.
  4. Press crust into 8 1/2 inch springform pan.
  5. Maple Cheesecake
  6. In a large mixing bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, white sugar and blend on medium.
  7. Adding one egg at a time continue to beat until blended.

  9. Add maple syrup and beat for 30 seconds.
  10. Pour into spring form pan, and place in oven and bake for 30 minutes.
  11. To make the crumble topping, combine flour, cinnamon, and brown sugar together and whisk together.
  12. With a fork press the butter into this mixture until there is no dry mixture left
  13. After cheesecake has cooked for 30 minutes, open oven and place crumb topping on top of the cake.
  14. Cook for an additional 30 minutes or until set. (only center will appear a little “jiggly”)
  15. Remove from oven and allow to cool on counter for 2-4 hours.
  16. Then refrigerate overnight.
  17. Serve and enjoy!
