Crockpot Tortilla Soup

This crockpot tortilla soup recipe is a fun way to put a twist on just another soup. It’s becoming quickly one of our favorite recipes in our family.



  1. In a large crockpot, place 4-5 large chicken breasts on low while you chop the vegetables and herbs.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and add all the ingredients.
  3. Allow to simmer for 4-6 hours on low, or until the chicken is easily shredded with a fork.
  4. Shred chicken with the fork and let simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
  5. Serve warm and top with tortilla strips, sour cream, or cheese!
