Super Easy Thanksgiving Side Dish: Herbed Red Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Wash and cut potatoes into 1/2 inch “quarters” (they should be wedge like)
  3. In a microwave safe dish, melt the butter and then mix in the herbs
  4. Place potatoes on a baking dish, and baste the potatoes with the herbed butter.
  5. Bake in the oven until easily poked with a fork (approx. 25-35 minutes)
  6. If you like them extra crispy, broil for 2-5 minutes on high but make sure to constantly watch them or those puppies will burn.
  7. Remove and enjoy!
