    Hello,

I am wondering if I could use the Velveeta cheese from the mac and cheese kits. I am not sure if I will get the same results. Has any one tried this?

I made this recipe this weekend for a BBQ. Everyone loved it and the entire thing was gone before the end of the night. My friends even made it for themselves the next day. I plan to make this again for future parties and get togethers! It was easy and tasted awesome!

DON’T DRAIN THE ROTEL!!! (Tomatoes & green chilies) The juice is what gives it so much flavor and spicyness! :) I make this all the time with velveeta, browned hamburger & pork sausage, onion, rotel, and black beans.. SO YUMMY!
